Bastardo is a grape variety that grows in the old vineyards of the Douro Valley, also known as “Trousseau” in the French Jura region. This series aims to bring out Bastardo’s elegant and fresh side while balancing its rustic character.

Showing a very bright red colour, the nose opens up with a fine and delicate red berries aroma and a touch of vegetal notes. On the palate, it is dominated by fresh red fruits and cranberries, along with very soft and polished tannins and vibrant acidity. This fresh and light-bodied wine has a lingering and precise finish.

A very approachable wine for any type of dish. For the best expression of fruits, it is recommended to drink slightly chilled (12/14ºC) in a burgundy glass.
