Ridge Vineyards picks each grape by hand from its sustainably farmed vineyards. This is their flagship Cabernet blend showcasing the best of the estate, consistently scoring 94-96 points with critics.
The wine is aged in American oak for at least 17 months. From the excellent 2018 vintage, this is a turbocharged smorgasbord of blackcurrant, violets, vanilla, tobacco and cedar. It’ll age excellently over the next twenty years.
