Does Wanderlust have a wine club?
Yes, we do! Our wine club has 3 different levels and ships finely curated selections every two months, along with amazing perks: online store discounts, free tickets to tasting events, tasting notes booklet along with quality wines crafted sustainably. More information on our wine club here.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t. It is easier if you do for both yours and our tracking purposes. Account signup is quick and easy and we promise not to send you spam emails.
If I buy a gift, can I include a personalised message?
Absolutely. Just include a note with your message on the ‘special instructions’ box when checking out and we will include a note in the box.
What is your return policy?
For Wine: If you’re unhappy with the wine we’ve sold you please tell us! Wine can sometimes be faulty due to cork taint and other reasons. We also want to make sure you are as happy as can be with what we are selling. Feedback is a gift! Please tell us and we will do the best we can to make things good again. And if you just want to return your wines, please email us and send it back to our warehouse and we will credit you in full when we receive it.
For Boxed Consumer Products (e.g. Coravin): It’s okay if you change your mind, we offer a 28 day returns policy! Subject to receiving and reviewing the item in saleable condition we are happy to offer a full refund.
When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to deliver next day delivery with our warehouse and delivery partner. You’ll get a text to your mobile phone to let you know it’s on its way (please remember to include your mobile number with the order!).
How do I know my order is complete?
‘Complete’ means it has been received and sent to the warehouse. We send you a quick email with an attached fully itemised tax receipt for your records. You will be able to track the delivery status using the DPD notifications you will receive.
What are the delivery options?
We deliver anywhere in mainland UK for FREE on orders of £100 or more. Baskets below £100 are charged at a flat rate of £7.50 including VAT per delivery. All product prices are inclusive of VAT. Only mainland UK is covered by the Flat Rate. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Mann and Channel Islands or BFPO addresses incur an additional charge to deliver to. We aim for delivery as soon as possible (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the morning after, on a next day service. We also can deliver on Saturdays, subject to an additional £15 charge.

Is your credit card processing secure and safe?
It certainly is. We chose our provider very carefully. Stripe is one of the largest and most advanced credit card processors in the world, handling millions of transactions a day. We have been delighted with them so far. If you are still not comfortable you are welcome to pay by bank transfer if you would prefer. Just select this option when checking out.
Can I buy vouchers as a gift?
Absolutely! There are vouchers available here in our shop.
Why is it more expensive to order one bottle?
It costs us more money to pick orders that have a big selection of bottles and to ensure the order is correct. We try and absorb as much as possible of this cost and it is just over a pound more for this flexibility. We pass on those savings when you buy a case of a product.
I’ve got a problem ordering and checking out, what should I do?

Do I have to order a full case of wine and can I mix and match?
You can do whatever you like. We want you to be able to freely select what suits you. You can order a single bottle if that’s what you would prefer and pay no more in delivery than if you order 3,4,5,6 bottles or more. Delivery rates are stated above, free next day delivery on a spend of £100.
I never received my order but it says it was delivered. What can I do?
If your DPD tracker shows that your order was successfully delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, we encourage you to check for the photography taken by your driver at the time of delivery. This may help you locate your parcel and collect it. If you are not able to locate it, please email us and we will investigate the issue with DPD and arrange for the delivery of your order as rapidly as possible.
