We deliver anywhere in the UK except for the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses for a flat rate of £6.50 including VAT per address. All product prices are inclusive of VAT.
We also offer free delivery on orders of £100 or more. We aim for delivery within two working days, subject to stock availability.

Our delivery charge is based on your distance from our warehouse in SE1. Most addresses in zone 1 will be charged £4.99 and we’ve designed the checkout process so that it confirms how much you’ll be charged up-front.

When the order comes through you’ll get tracking details, a phone number and for queries on your order.
Wine on Demand aims to deliver your order within an hour, however, it is dependant on London traffic.



If you’re unhappy with the wine we’ve sold you please tell us! Wine can sometimes be faulty due to cork taint and other reasons. We also want to make sure you are as happy as can be with what we are selling. Feedback is a gift! Please tell us and we will do the best we can to make things good again.

It’s okay if you change your mind, we offer a 28 day returns policy! Subject to receiving and reviewing the item in saleable condition we are happy to offer a full refund.



Do I have to order a full case of wine and can I mix and match?
You can do whatever you like. We want you to be able to freely select what suits you. You can order a single bottle if that’s what you would prefer and pay no more in delivery than if you order 3,4,5,6 bottles or more. Delivery rates are stated above, free next day delivery on a spend of £100.

Why is it more expensive to order one bottle?
It costs us more money to pick orders that have a big selection of bottles and to ensure the order is correct. We try and absorb as much as possible of this cost and it is just over a pound more for this flexibility. We pass on those savings when you buy a case of a product.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t. It is easier if you do for both yours and our tracking purposes. Account signup is quick and easy and we promise not to send you spam emails.

If I buy a gift can I include a personalised message?
Absolutely. Just include a note with your message on the ‘special instructions’ box when checking out and we will include a note in the box.

Can I buy vouchers as a gift?
Absolutely! Just drop us an email to and we will arrange it all for you with your chosen amount.

Is your credit card processing secure and safe?
It certainly is. We chose our provider very carefully. Stripe is one of the largest and most advanced credit card processors in the world, handling millions of transactions a day. We have been delighted with them so far. If you are still not comfortable you are welcome to pay by bank transfer if you would prefer. Just select this option when checking out.

When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to deliver next day delivery with our warehouse and delivery partner. You’ll get a text to your mobile phone to let you know it’s on its way (please remember to include your mobile number with the order!).
