Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard was created in 1991 with the interest in sustainable farming and family. Their vineyards (11 hectares) are located in the heart of the Jura region in France. Producing traditional and modern styles of wine to show the best of what the Jura has to offer.
The nose of this highly coveted Chateau Chalon opens with a fresh lemony accent, then evolves towards spicier, warmer and more powerful notes. On the palate we can sense superb freshness even if we feel all the strength of this wine for laying down. Finally, the balance is perfectly established, it is a beautiful yellow wine!
