The Billecart Salmon brut reserve has a very light and harmonious pour, made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay three different years and sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region.
It has a distinct and precise intensity with refined aromas and uplifting freshness. The wine has a delicate texture in the mouth, structured around fleshy fruit flavours (apples, crunchy pears) and serves perfectly both as an aperitif and alongside light dishes such as a seafood platter, spaghetti or goat’s curd salad.
