It’s not just Kent & Sussex which can produce outstanding sparkling wines with their soils but Dorset too! Harnessing the method champenoise techniques, this wine showcases some of the best that England can produce.

With 9 years of bottle ageing, the 2015 vintage has developed into a complex wine with flavour profile of  bruised apple, roasted almonds, toasty spice. Thanks to the 100% barrel-aged and 18 months of lees-ageing, it reveals intense and pure nose of vanilla, biscuity and pastry note. On the palate, there is tons of generous fruit and aged element in the backbone providing the distinctive saline finish.
