Less than 3,500 bottles of this wine were made.  To attest to its scarcity, it is hand made and finished, resting on its yeast until it is disgorged and sold to us in small batches.

As an English rosé wine goes, this is an absolutely fantastic hidden Sussex gem. Extra brut means less sugar is added – this is not a sweet pink fizz. It holds a decadent, developed flavour profile of damsons, cherries, light, fresh crunchy English red berries and an undertone of creaminess through its long finish.
