To attest to its scarcity, it is hand made and finished; and to provide the exuberant complexity this wine has, it rests on its yeast until it is sold in small batches to us. Rare, aged and a super complex sparkling wine which will appeal to Chardonnay lovers and Blanc de Blancs fans.
The wine has layered flavours of apple tart, orange blossom, preserved citrus fruits and subtle, yeasty honey. A superb example of the 100% Chardonnay that England can produce.
