Saint Olive is the first urban winemaking wineries in Lyon, producing hand-crafted wines on-site. They exclusively use local grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Viognier, Gamay, and Syrah. The fruits are carefully selected from seven estates located within an 80-kilometer radius of the winery.
The 812 Viognier is a richer, more textured and ‘oily’ version than its baby sibling, the 480. It is akin to the wines from the Condrieu AOC with pear and toasted peaches. Rich, delicious an a more broad, bodied wine with a delicious rich character.
