Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Alsace, Domaine Justin Boxler has a rich legacy dating back to 1672. Over the past 13 years, the estate has deliberately shifted towards organic viticulture and has gained its organic certification in the 2022 vintage. The estate is now managed by the 11th generation, Charlotte and Florent, who embrace natural and organic practices, leading the estate towards a modern classic era.
Pale yellow in the glass, the wine opens with an expressive aroma of green apples, lemon zest, limestone and white blossoms. On the palate, the wine unfolds with a vibrant acidity that dances across the taste buds along with note of lemon, crisp green apple, accompanied by a touch of honey and mineral note that reflects the unique terroir of the Lieu-dit Pfoeller.
