Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Alsace, Domaine Justin Boxler has a rich legacy dating back to 1672. Over the past 13 years, the estate has deliberately shifted towards organic viticulture and has gained its organic certification in the 2022 vintage. The estate is now managed by the 11th generation, Charlotte and Florent, who embrace natural and organic practices, leading the estate towards a modern classic era.
Deep golden yellow in the glass. The expressive nose is layered with notes of smoked acacia honey, dried apricots and candied citrus peel that lead to a palate bursting with luscious flavours. Its bright acidity on the finish gives the wine a round yet fresh finish. A dessert wine that captures the essence of precision and balance.
