Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Alsace, Domaine Justin Boxler has a rich legacy dating back to 1672. Over the past 13 years, the estate has deliberately shifted towards organic viticulture and has gained its organic certification in the 2022 vintage. The estate is now managed by the 11th generation, Charlotte and Florent, who embrace natural and organic practices, leading the estate towards a modern classic era.
With a clear golden yellow colour in the glass, the wine shows aromas of yellow flowers, orange oil, honeysuckle, and ripe stone fruits. The fresh and light palate has crisp notes of green apple and lively citrus, complemented by the subtle hint of herbal note in the finishing.
