Over the past 13 years, the estate has deliberately shifted towards organic viticulture and has gained its organic certification in the 2022 vintage. The estate is now managed by the 11th generation, Charlotte and Florent, who embrace natural and organic practices, leading the estate towards a modern classic era.
This Pinot Gris displays a golden hue, with aromas of raisins, pineapple, golden apples and a hint of floral note. The balanced palate is rich and complex with ample acidity, lifted with a lingering fresh finish.
