Don’t be put off by the colour here – the pink cloak it wears is due to the 65% pinot in the blend which gives structure, colour and depth of fruit flavours. 35% of chardonnay is added to provide the elegance and finesse. Great for aperitifs but also with cheese!
The nose is rich, yet delicate; citrus and bergamot, melon and raspberry. In the mouth the Champagne is bold, smooth and structured with an array of summer fruits, crunchy red berries, rose, cinnamon and subtle spices.
