Ridge Vineyards picks each grape by hand from its sustainably farmed vineyards. This is their flagship Cabernet blend showcasing the best of the estate, consistently scoring 94-96 points with critics.
The wine is aged in American oak for at least 17 months. This 2016 vintage is showing aromas of cassis, blueberry, liquorice and vanilla. The full-bodied and rich palate is layered with spice and toasted oak, elevated with a smooth and lingering finish.
