This 2000 Blanc de Blancs Le Mesnil Grand Cru was crafted with Chardonnay from a 50-year-old+ plot (in 2000) from a singular Côte des Blancs Grand Cru “Le Mesnil sur Oger”. Produced only in magnum, this 2000 Blanc de Blancs Le Mesnil Grand Cru by Bruno Paillard has been aged on lees for 13 years and an additional 4 years ageing after disgorgement in August 2014.

Deep golden colour radiates from the glass. The 2000 vintage showcases elegant aromas of dried apricot, bruised pear and apple, and a touch of honey biscuit and vanilla. The concentrated palate offers a lengthy acidity that balances its toasty and creamy texture. Alongside an ultra lingering finish with hints of brioche, hazelnut and chalky note.
