Tickerage produce very small batch, hand-made wines in East Sussex. Their still Rosé is no different, instead of releasing young, it is aged for two years for extra complexity. Only 2000 bottles produced.
Pale copper in the glass with aromas of red apple, delicate vanilla and rose petals. In the mouth, the wine has a strong backbone of English red apple crispness, and creaminess (obtained by extended maturation) with flavours of strawberries and cherries. A superb addition to the still wines of England.
