Tickerage produce very small batch, hand-made wines in East Sussex. Their still rosé is no different, instead of releasing young it is aged for two years for extra complexity. Only 3000 bottles were produced.
Aged two years before release, this unoaked Chardonnay has been created with minimal intervention and is unfiltered to retains as much of the flavour as possible. The wine has bags of flavour; fresh and creamy lemon, lime, pineapple, chamomile, gentle green herbs note and a zesty bitterness out to a smooth, crisp finish with good length.
