It’s not just Kent & Sussex which can produce outstanding sparkling wines with their soils but Dorset too! Harnessing the method champenoise techniques, this wine showcases some of the best that England can produce.
The Langham Blanc de Blancs is 100% barrel-aged and aged on lees for 18 months, followed by min 6 months in the bottle before it is released. This wine is a big, developed and complex wine. It has an intense and pure nose of vanilla minerality. On the palate, there is tons of generous fruit, toasty spice and a crisp green apple backbone providing the distinctive saline finish.
