Eric & Lyle Railsback make wines of distinction with particular European character and low alcohol from the best sites in California. Inspired by Syrah from the Northern Rhone region, this wine was aged in neutral French oak barriques to preserve the fruit’s freshness.
Cuvee Chloe Syrah is layered with fresh red fruit, orange peel, dried herbs, black olive and crushed rock. You will reveal fresh and crushed berries and floral notes, with a backbone of minerality. This medium-bodied red wine offers a depth of flavours that integrated seamlessly with the tannin structure. A California expression of Syrah with tension and finesse.
