The Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Railsback Freres are planted at the Dairy Vineyard in Buellton, California. Where the coastal marine climate and cool nights allow for full ripeness. Produced as a tribute to the Great Bordeaux whites, Roman Ceremony Sauvignon Blanc is fermented and aged in old French barriques which develops a rounder and more complex wine.
This bright white wine has aromas of white peach, blossom, and citrius. The palate is opulent and balanced with a refreshing acidity. An outstanding long finish makes this an incredible Sauvignon Blanc to taste!
