The wine known as one of the best sweet wines in the world, this is the lesser known, more delicate dry version. Mouth-watering acidity with lots of citrus; lime, lemon and green apple.
The acidity is complemented by a nose of candied fruits and candy floss. 5 months of ageing on it’s yeast gives a creaminess to the wine, alongside old oak barrel ageing adding complexity and structure to the long finish in the mouth.
