Mark Haisma is an Aussie who made wine for a long time at the legendary producer, Yarra Yering in Australia. In 2009 he decided to step up and make more serious wines in the capital of Chardonnay & Pinot – Burgundy!
The 2020 “A Bogan In Bogandy” is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. It has a vibrant purple color when poured into a glass. The aroma is characterised by fresh and wild berries with a hint of pepper from Pinot Noir and crunchiness from Gamay. The ripe yet fresh palate of this wine makes it very approachable and easy to like.
