Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard was created in 1991 with the interest in sustainable farming and family. Their vineyards (11 hectares) are located in the heart of the Jura region in France. Producing traditional and modern styles of wine to show the best of what the Jura has to offer.
A beautiful yellow gold color. With brilliant aromas of citrus, pear, green apple, and blossom. A complex palate with medium body and a refreshing acidity to bring out the minerality in the long finish. This is a very unique style of chardonnay from the Jura!
