To say that White Tempier Bandol is rare, is an understatement: it accounts for less than 3% of Tempier’s total production. It is widely respected as one of, if not the finest, white wine from Bandol and wider Provence.
Matured in oak casks for 10 months before bottling, the wine has beautiful aromas of citrus fruits mingled with white flower blossom. It has a fresh, crisp palate and minerality throughout. A wonderful white wine that can be drunk now but will evolve over time towards more honeyed flavours.
