This is Chateau Fredignac’s declassfied vin de France wine from Blaye in Bordeaux. Organic certified with minimal intervention, it is also without any sulphur addition.
It is fruity, drinkable, lively, earthy, rustic and layered. Through the palate, a mix of fruit characters and a touch of dried fruit through to a juicy and mouthwatering finish. As a lighter, youthful style, this can be enjoyed with a wider array of foods than the bigger classic styles. Just 2500 bottles produced.
