This Champagne Bruno Paillard entry-level cuvee is made from second press juice, used for their Premiere Cuvee. It provides an excellent value option and is a testament to sustainable winemaking practices.
Champagne De Nauroy Brut Carte Blanche is created using grapes sourced from ten different villages throughout the Champagne region. The Chardonnays come from the Sézanne area and vineyards close to the Côte des Blancs. The Meuniers are grown in the Marne Valley, and the Pinot Noirs are harvested in the Reims Mountain and the Côte des Bar. All the grapes are aged in cellars for two years before releasing.
The champagne features a delicate lace of persistent bubbles and has a pale straw colour. The nose is dominated by red fruits aroma, and is followed by notes of white flowers. The champagne expresses freshness on the palate, and the 20% reserve wines contribute to its structure and persistence. The fruit-driven and vibrant acidity carries you to the lingering finish.
