Chai Saint Olive is the first urban winemaking wineries in Lyon, producing hand-crafted wines on-site. They exclusively use local grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Viognier, Gamay, and Syrah. The fruits are carefully selected from seven estates located within an 80-kilometer radius of the winery.
Saint Olive Freres Cotes Du Rhone Blanc wine has delightful aromas of peach and pear. The palate echos with the aromas, with a subtle aniseed notes. The finish is refreshing and full of fruity flavours. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for a Cote du Rhone Blanc that is easy to enjoy!
