Two brothers Peter and Tino Lehner, decided to reinvigorate agriculture and plant a vineyard together with an olive grove using organic agriculture. The winery is situated in the mountains of Sant Joan de Labritja, in the North of the Island. Their vineyards are the highest elevated in Ibiza at 320m above sea level.

The wine is made with handpicked grapes and aged in used french oak barrels for 12-15 months. A brilliant light ruby red color, with aromas of ripe red fruits, clove, black pepper, and earth. The medium bodied palate is juicy with fine tannins and a mouthwatering acidity. The long finish gives characteristics of dark fruits.
