Billecart Salmon Champagne favoured five historic vineyards of Verzenay, Ambonnay, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Verzy; to produce Billecart Salmon Rendez Vous Cinq Pinto Noir. These plots are where Pinot Noir thrives and expresses its self to the fullest.

This wine has a beautiful golden yellow colour with sparkling reflections. Its aroma is infused with floral scents like lime blossom, verbena, mandarin, and greengage. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with creamy flavours like limoncello, crushed almonds, and light tobacco. On the mid-palate, you will notice distinct notes of stone fruits, cherry, blueberry, apricot, and fresh figs. The lingering finish is bright, carrying all the way to the end. Very limited amount is available.
