Winemaker Justin Willet’s inspiration has come from local winemakers and European producers such as Roulot, Bonneau du Martray, Dujac, Bachelet and Rousseau. The Tyler wines are vinified from grapes that tend to be picked earlier than most with the aim of achieving bright aromatics and fresh flavours with modest use of oak.
The 2015 Dierberg Chardonnay is a vibrant wine, with aromas of white peaches and lemon curd, and delicate citrus flavours, lifted by a lively line of acidity and finishing with plenty of zing. We are delighted to have a final few bottles of this top Chardonnay with now a perfect 7 years of age which provides more complexity and depth of flavour.
