A Champagne from Billecart-Salmon only released in historic vintages. This is a superb wine, produced from the finest sites of selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Grand Cru sites in homage to one of the original family founders.
We are extremely lucky to have a single bottle of 1990 Nicolas François, bought from a private collector. The wine, now 33 years old, has flavours of smoky toasted almond, lemon, pear, red apples, with a buttery undertone and creamy texture. A bold and powerful Champagne to cellar or for your next special occasion. It is very rare to see bottles for sale at this age and only one is available.
