The Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs Champagne is 100% Chardonnay, produced from the five Grand Cru vineyards of the Cote des Blancs (Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger). It is a blend of two different vintages revealing layered and complex qualities. This is a superb example of what top Blanc de Blancs Champagne should taste like.
The fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies pure intensity of dry fruits aromas, almonds and fresh hazelnuts mixed with the flesh of white asian pear. It has a subtle creamy sensation of buttered brioche and mineral aromas. Persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness.
