Château de Beaucastel has long been regarded as one of the greatest wineries in France, notorious for its elegance, poise and ageing potential. Beaucastel has an exceptional terroir at the Northern point of Châteauneuf du Pape, exposed to the cooling Mistral wind which provides such balance. All thirteen grape varieties of the Chateauneuf have been organically grown since the sixties; without a doubt, Beaucastel is a name we are proud to highlight and an organic wine icon that many have learnt from.
Coudoulet Blanc is their much lower-priced Cotes du Rhone white wine. Even though being cheaper this is a very complex and concentrated wine. Aromas of perfumed honey, apple, and peaches on the nose. While the medium bodied palate expresses pure minerality and acidity. This top Cotes du Rhone Blanc should also provide age-ability – one of the best examples in the Rhone Valley of this more entry appellation.
