Trevibban Mill is Cornwall’s leading wine and cider producer. The organically-farmed estate is managed in a way that promotes biodiversity and their products fully express the Cornish landscape. Their low-intervention approach is quite unique in the context of English wine.
Trevibban’s Black Ewe is a great example of a still English white that marries a classical and an alternative variety in an elegant and balanced way. Aromas of hedgerow, gooseberry and spearmint open the path to a refreshing and light palate. Granny smith apples and fresh lemon juice, underpinned by mouthwatering crispiness, fade to a fresh mint finish.
