Over the past 13 years, the estate has deliberately shifted towards organic viticulture and has gained its organic certification in the 2022 vintage. The estate is now managed by the 11th generation, Charlotte and Florent, who embrace natural and organic practices, leading the estate towards a modern classic era.
Deep yellow with a golden hue in the glass. It opens with aromas of orange zest and ginger. The palate is off-dry, with a rich tapestry of tropical fruit, apricot, and a touch of ginger, along with an oily texture. Lush and opulent, with a lingering, harmonious finish.
