There is an awful lot of cheap and bad examples of Pinot Gris out there, but this is not one of them. Hawkshead has produced their own premium, luscious and elegant version which has bags of character and flavours that jump out of the glass. Delicate lychee, peach, melon and citrus aromas intermingle whilst the palate is beautifully balanced with a rich mouthfeel of juicy pineapple and honeyed lemon, finishing with a long, mineral finish.
