Cume do Avia have an incredible viticultural wealth: thirteen different indigenous grape varieties planted on a mosaic of terroirs – granite, grey and red schist, sand, clay, slate. Diego is determined to understand and make the most of it and learn as much through the process. The Avia valley, where T-Red is produced has a predominance of granite soil but some clay as well. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 9 months and in old oak barrels for 1 month.

T-Red smells of fresh red berries, green citrus, and rose. The palate grows in texture and weight, while the acidity stands-out. The 2021 vintage is a mouthwatering bomb and a long finish of raspberry and flora aromas.
