This rosé falls into the category of almost ‘very light red’. It is a natural expression of the land and grapes with a natural, earthy and juicy style of it’s main Mencia grape. The nose is like fresh pomegranate juice mixed with an earthy quality (which comes from contact from the skins with the juice). This style of natural and more progressive rosé is very food-friendly and with its naturally high acidity and super quaffableness. This is a rosé designed for those looking for an interesting, versatile rosé rather than a Provence rosé style which does not venture outside of it’s stylistic confines. And, at 10% alcohol, superb just a little bit chilled.
