Chateau Des Sarrins is halfway between the foothills of The Alps and The Mediterranean, in a small village called Saint Antonin du Var. In 1995, the Paillard family bought the estate and have been working to produce outstanding wines using their extensive knowledge.
Secret Rose is produced from two top quality plots of old vines. The nose has aromas of peach, red berries, and spiced brioche. On the palate, the supple tannin and bright acidity are balanced. Creating a beautifully long finish of blossom and nectarine.
