Chateau Des Sarrins is halfway between the foothills of The Alps and The Mediterranean, in a small village called Saint Antonin du Var. In 1995, the Paillard family bought the estate and have been working to produce outstanding wines using their extensive knowledge.
Aromas on the nose, are a complex mixture of black fruits, leather, baking spices, and rosemary. The harmonious palate is structured with silky tannin that is well integrated. Lastly, a beautiful finish with spicy nuances that makes this wine delicious!
