Domaine Charly Nicolle is located in the historical town of Fleys, part of the old Chablis countryside. The ancient soils have hidden ocean shells and fossils that create these incredible mineral driven wines.
The grapes that are used to produce this impressive Cremant come from vineyards around Tonnerre, Northern Burgundy and only few miles from the Champagne region. This Blanc de Noirs is then aged for 24 months in bottle (longer than the requirement for Champagne) to produce an impressively elegant and complex Cremant.
Displaying mellow red apple notes on the nose with a slight alluring accent of honey along with chalky creaminess. On the palate, it showcase bright lemon, ripe apple flavours, a slight hint of pepper and creamy texture. The bubbles are lively with a bone dry finish.
