A family-owned vineyard, by Sir John and Philippa Hegarty. The estate is 15 hectares of vines that are surrounded by woodland and sits in the AOP Minervois region of the Languedoc. They pursue non-interventionist farming philosophy, based on biodynamic principles.
This delicious rose has robust fruit, thirst-quenching fresh sweetness of watermelon, the liquorice notes of basil, slight nuttiness, the pop of ripe cherry tomatoes, the salty creaminess of yoghurt, the tang of dried berries, bite of pepper and a tiny hint of pomegranate molasses. Do what it says on the tin: Open Now!
