A family-owned vineyard, by Sir John and Philippa Hegarty. The estate is 15 hectares of vines that are surrounded by woodland and sits in the AOP Minervois region of the Languedoc. They pursue non-interventionist farming philosophy, based on biodynamic principles.
This food friendly, easy going red wine reveals thirst quenching aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, cranberries and hints of smoke. Very moorish on the palate, with a silky texture, good acidity and a long lasting finish that entices you to drink another glass.
