In 1994, Bruno Paillard bought three grand cru hectares in Oger in the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne. This was the beginning of what makes up the current Chardonnay production today. The House uses an old winemaking method in the Blanc de Blancs where fermentation in the bottle is less powerful than traditional Champagne. Produced from exclusively Chardonnay grapes and Grand Cru vineyards.
Pure aromas of lime, grapefruit, white flowers and hints of toast on the nose. A very precise palate of crisp acidity and extra fine bubbles. The long finish of chalky and lemon notes leave you wanting a another glass! An elegant example of Blanc de Blancs.
