Billecart Salmon’s Extra-Brut Champagne is a drier version than the entry-level Brut Reserve wine; no sugar is added to the dosage so this can also be considered a Brut Nature Champagne.
Bright and pure with a pale gold intensity, it has ultra-fine bubbles in the glass. The nose is complex with seductive aromas of dried fruits, brioche, lemon and floral notes. In the mouth, the wine gives a layered biscuity flavour, white fruits and a striking, mouth-watering minerality to a lip-smacking finish.
