Pale yet intensely pink in colour, the Billecart Salmon Brut Rose is pure, fresh and intense on the nose, with lovely raspberry aromas, refreshing citrus zest flavours and amazing definition. On the palate, this is a pure, light, elegant and morishly textured rosé with delicate and subtle layers of red summer fruits followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. Great finesse and a long, well-structured and even juicy finish! This Billecart Salmon Rose Champagne is an ideal partner as an aperitif and can also accompany a dish of wild salmon or sushi.
