Vassaltis Pet-Nat

Vassaltis is in our eyes the best producer on the island, making incredibly complex, delicious and saline wines that transport you back to sitting on that oceanside Oia terrace. Pet Nat (Petillant Naturel) is a sparkling created using the method ancestral. The wine begins fermentation in stainless steel tanks and is completed in the bottle with results in tiny bubbles and slightly cloudy wine. This blend consists of Savvatiano and a dash of Athiri to make it a top choice for an ultimate aperitif!

This Pet Nat has a pale lemon colour with delightful aromas of melon, bergamot orange, peach and white flowers. Alongside the mousse-like bubble, it also offers juicy acidity and ripe stone fruits in the finish. Lingering notes of honey and biscuits create an easy going sparkling wine to start exploring what the Greek island offers!
