Their philosophy is about creating balanced and elegant wines, derived from unique locations, fusing rare and indigenous grapes with expert knowledge. Seeking a more pure expression of the traditional Monastrell grape.
The 2020 Totem Red has complex aromas of blackcurrants, elderberry, sage, and pepper. On the palate polished tannin, integrated acidity, and long finish of minerality create a harmonious single varietal wine to taste!
